Each entree includes Garden Salad Topped with Tortilla Strips and Housemade Creamy Peppercorn Dressing with Fried Mexican Ice Cream for Dessert.

- Key West Chicken Breast, Lightly Breaded and Sauteed in Garlic Tequila Butter, Topped with Green Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, Pico de Gallo,. Bacon, and Havarti Jalapeno Cheese
- Sliced Prime Rib Viva La Tacos, in a Soft Flour Tortilla with Lettuce, Jack Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Horseradish Ranch Dressing
- Vegetarian Tacos, in Herb-brushed Flour Tortillas, Stuffed with Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Grilled Asparagus, Summer Squash and Zucchini
