Event Description:

Join Us as a Food or Beer Vendor at Gardner's Largest Event of the Year: Oktoberfest Party in the Street!

We welcome vendors to set up on Parker Street during Oktoberfest 2025, we are expecting THOUSANDS of guests!

Event is rain or shine ~ no refunds.
Must bring own tent, tables and chairs.
Space is first come, first served.


BONUS! Vendor registration includes the following:
  • Name on back of event t-shirts.
  • FREE Chair Luge Entry, not required.

FOOD VENDORS MUST APPLY FOR 1-DAY FOOD PERMITS: 
City of Gardner 1-Day Food Vendor Permit Information can be found by CLICKING HERE.


Any Food Vendor who holds a current Annual or Seasonal Food Establishment permit is required to submit a 1-Day permit application anytime they are operating food service at Public Events away from the establishment address on their permit, however; there is no permit fee for those participants.  The City has also waived many of the required documents for current permit holders to simplify the application process as they already have those items in your file.
